Our passage from the Marquesas to the Tuamotus, brought us to the atoll of Ahe (#1). We were able to negotiate Passe Reianui during daylight hours and slack tide and entered the lagoon without difficulty. Below, you can see a satellite view of the Ahe atoll. You can easily see the only entrance through the reef into the
